Walk through the natural environment of the Guatapé River in this exciting activity in which we'll enjoy a beautiful hiking route and, in addition, we'll get an adrenaline rush as we go abseiling.
Guatapé River Hiking + Abseiling Tour
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Portobelo Mall in Guatapé. From there we'll travel by road to the banks of the Guatapé River, a magnificent natural environment where we'll enjoy different activities.
First of all, we'll take a short trekking route through this beautiful jungle area in the Colombian department of Antioquia. Its nature, characterised by lush green vegetation, is sure to leave you open-mouthed and the landscapes are worthy of a postcard!
The hike will continue to the first 50-metre (164-foot) waterfall. There, we'll put on our helmets, harnesses and other necessary equipment to practice abseiling over the rock walls. Once we've conquered the first challenge, we'll move a few more metres to reach the second 45-metre-high (147-foot) waterfall.
We'll feel this adrenaline rush in a very special place, surrounded by a captivating natural space that will remain engraved forever in your memory. Finally, you'll have free time to rest, relax or take a dip in the natural pools.
We'll conclude the activity with a transfer to the starting point, where we'll arrive 4 hours after pickup.
