Translate this opinion into English.

The visit is convenient because if you're familiar with the three areas, you have plenty of freedom to spend as much time as you like in each place. The audio guide isn't well organized; you have to scan a QR code and listen to the audio on your own. They don't advise you to bring a device to listen to it, and using your phone's speaker is very uncomfortable due to all the people and noise. Even so, we enjoyed it, but we couldn't hear the guide; it's better to read the information panels along the route. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The audio guide was very comprehensive. However, I didn't particularly like the use of AI for the narration. While it's clear there are many languages, even when giving numerical data or some names, it sounded too robotic. Opinion translated. Show original.

Everything was fine, just a quick note: we arrived at the time indicated on our voucher to meet with the company staff, and the woman, who was a bit rude, told us that our schedule had been changed and that they had sent us an email with this change. However, this email went directly to spam and hadn't been sent through Civitatis, as it came from an unknown email address, so we didn't receive the information correctly. Otherwise, everything was great.

My Colosseum time slot was 9:30 AM, but when exchanging the tickets, I found a sheet with the times 9:15 AM and 9:45 AM, even though I bought two tickets for myself and my wife at the same time. I was supposed to hear an explanation of where to enter, but that didn't happen; I had to run out because it was already 9:13 AM. It's necessary to download an app to "listen" to videos during the tour, which is awful; it should only be audio. The tour itself is wonderful, but the way to exchange the tickets is not!

The map they gave us when we went to pick up our tickets was terrible. They should provide a digital version of the activity. They should also warn visitors that there's only one cafe in the Forum and one at the exit, even if it's just a courtesy, since their map shows three places to eat, which isn't the case. I don't think the audio guide is worth it because there are too many videos and you can't follow them during the tour, although you can watch them later.

We regret that the map we provided was not helpful. We appreciate your suggestion for a digitized map and will take your feedback regarding the number of restoration points into account. Translate this opinion into English.

Arriving at the meeting point, the supposed guide gives four instructions in English, not Spanish, and then disappears... I don't think this is the way to treat customers in cities like Rome, where there are such high expectations of seeing a 2000-year-old monument... Very sad.

It doesn't make sense that you book tickets for 9:15 am and then, without prior notice, the operator changes them to 10:30 am. I booked the tickets through this operator precisely because they had the time I wanted available. And without any warning, they changed them. They made us wait for over an hour, and we could have slept in for another hour. On top of that, the woman who helped us didn't explain anything; I had to ask her questions until I understood everything. This time, I was completely disappointed with the service.

Translate this opinion into English.

As indicated in the activity information, due to capacity limitations and the Colosseum's official ticketing system, the entry time may be changed by up to 3 hours from the selected time. In such cases, you will be notified of the change as soon as it is confirmed. We also regret that the service you received at the meeting point did not meet your expectations, and we will forward your feedback to the supplier so they can review this matter. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The visit was great, the Colosseum is breathtaking and I absolutely loved it. Regarding the description of the activity that says the guide facilitates the tickets and saves you from the "long queues," that's a lie; we still had to queue. It's true that we didn't have to wait too long to get in, but even so, you don't get in directly... Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity was good because we didn't have a guide and did it on our own at our own pace. The girl who greeted us to hand over the tickets was quite curt and gave us the wrong directions to the Roman Forum; luckily we were using GPS all day, otherwise we would have ended up on the other side of town.

Quick access and being able to explore on your own, although without a guide, the high price isn't ideal.

In my opinion, the map with the numbering should be better explained on the page, with directions when entering the Roman Forum, because we wasted precious time looking for the start of our visit, as there are many nearby things that are not on the map, and they confuse us about where to go along the different paths. I think the map we have in the audio guide should be updated to reflect what is actually seen on site.

On this tour, the person responsible for providing the audio guide code didn't speak Spanish, and parts of the QR code they provided were only in English, so they didn't deliver what you booked. Then, to visit the Forum and the Palentine Temple, you had to find your own way around. It's a shame they neglect tourist services like this. I book many tours with this platform, and this one disappointed me.

Downloading the audio guide wasn't so easy! I was really looking forward to this visit, but I didn't fully enjoy it. The route isn't very well marked; we missed or couldn't access the reconstructed trail due to a lack of signage. I regret accepting the audio guide; I should have insisted on a guided tour.

It seems the description of the activity and the comments about it are inconsistent. Basically, I just booked tickets. There was no guide; they give you the slips of paper that represent the tickets and a QR code to download the audio guide. The audio guide is simply a text being read aloud, and the app is rather slow. It's not an activity you can do in just a couple of hours. It takes longer. You need to be in a good frame of mind and body, as the venues are very large.

The audio guide only gives you the papers with the QR code, which you already have on your digital ticket; you can skip this step. The website doesn't explain the closing times for the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill. If you have an afternoon ticket, you can only do one thing: you have to come back the next day. That's not explained. Otherwise, it's fine!
