    The visit with José was spectacular both for the amount of information he provided, every corner he presented, and all of it accompanied by his characteristic southern humor, very fun and enriching. He ended the visit with a culinary detail and everything, you couldn't ask for more. Highly, highly recommended. P.S.: I don't know how he made us go up to the castle and church without climbing steep slopes, incredible.
